I’m a huge fan of both the OKC Thunder and Curbside Apparel, an offshoot of Curbside Chronicle, a nonprofit social enterprise providing supportive employment and income to people struggling with homelessness and poverty in OKC.

We decided to go with something that captured the heavy metal-tinged comic books of the 1980s, a design that was both tough but mostly colorful and fun.

As of early 2025, the shirt is still available to buy. All proceeds from sales support Curbside’s employment and case management programs.
